Who operates this site
Vanthera is a project in the process of incorporation in Colombia. Until the company is registered, the person responsible for the service and for data processing is its founder, Juan Esteban Ladino Guarín,, reachable at admin@vanthera.net. This section will be updated with the company name and tax ID as soon as they exist.
Nature of the service
Vanthera is a statistical analysis tool for tennis and basketball matches. It is not a gambling operator, it does not receive or manage betting money and it does not provide financial or investment advice. Odds shown are for reference and belong to the bookmakers that publish them.
Adults only and responsible gaming
Content is intended exclusively for people over 18. Betting involves risk of loss; never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If you feel gambling is affecting you, seek professional help.
Personal data (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012)
We collect only your email, language, preferred bookmaker, declared bankroll and the tickets you save, in order to provide the service and keep your personal record. We do not sell or share your data. You can access, correct or request deletion of your data by writing to admin@vanthera.net. To know how many people visit the site we count visits without cookies and without storing the IP address: each visitor is identified by a code that changes every day, and the browser's do-not-track signal is respected.
Access terms
Access is activated with a single-use invitation code, valid for 30 days from creation, and grants 30 days of service. Renewal is agreed with the administrator while there is no payment gateway. The 30-day guarantee is assessed against the site's public record.
Intellectual property
The model, decision rules, texts and visual identity of Vanthera belong to their authors. Reproduction, redistribution or resale of the picks and panel content is prohibited.
